Return Information and Refund Policy

Any items can be returned within 30 days after the order has been placed for a refund if you are not satisfied with them. However, the returned shipping cost is your responsibility. Also, we reserve right to deduct 30% off from the price for a re-stocking plus tax/duty fees which will be informed to you after we have paid for them. The refund will be given to you only after we have received the item.

If you would like to change the size or color, the shipping costs for both ways are also your responsibility. We will ship the new item after the old one has been delivered to us.

ThaiBoxingSuit.com will be responsible for the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our errors.

If you receive an incorrect item, either a full refund will be given to you or a new item will be replaced immediately.

All custom items are nonrefundable. A refund will be given to you only if an error comes from us.

Please note that all items returned must be in a new condition, and the Twins tag must have not been removed.

The refund for all refused/unclaimed shipments will be deducted 30% off from the price plus tax/duty fees which will be informed to you after we have paid for them.

If the items are damaged or lost during the delivery, either a full refund will be given to you or a new item will be replaced immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise, which in our sole opinion, has been used, tampered with, or mishandled. Once any item has been used, it cannot be returned.
